1. Definition of seamless steel pipe

Steel pump pipes made from a single piece of metal without seams on the surface are called seamless steel pipes. According to the production method, seamless pipes are divided into hot rolled pipes, cold rolled pipes, cold drawn pipes, extruded pipes, and top pipes. According to the cross-sectional shape, seamless steel pipes are divided into two types: round and special-shaped. Special-shaped pipes have square, oval, triangular, hexagonal, melon seed, star, and finned pipes. The maximum diameter is 650mm, and the minimum diameter is 0.3mm. According to different purposes, there are thick-walled pipes and thin-walled pipes. Seamless steel pipes are mainly used as petroleum geological drilling pipes, petrochemical cracking pipes, boiler pipes, bearing pipes, and high-precision structural steel pipes for automobiles, tractors, and aviation.

2. Uneven deformation of cold drawn concrete pump seamless  steel pipe

The concrete pump seamless steel pipe has uneven deformation during the cold drawing process, resulting in additional stress. After the cold drawing, this additional stress becomes the residual stress and remains in the pipe. Boiler tubes can be used for pipelines, thermal equipment, machinery industry, petroleum geological exploration, containers, chemical industry and special purposes. 3. Reasons for uneven deformation of cold drawn concrete pump seamless pump steel pipes

The cold drawing deformation of seamless pump steel pipe is determined by its deformation characteristics. Steel pipes are divided into cold-galvanized steel pipes and hot-dip galvanized steel pipes. Cold-galvanized steel pipes have been banned, and the latter is also advocated by the state to be used temporarily. In the 1960s and 1970s, developed countries in the world began to develop new types of pipes and gradually banned galvanized pipes. Steel plates are classified according to professional use, such as oil drum plates, enamel plates, bulletproof plates, etc.; according to surface coatings, there are galvanized sheets, tinned sheets, lead-plated sheets, plastic composite steel sheets, etc.

4. Uneven deformation process of cold drawing of  concrete pump seamless steel pipe

During the deformation process, since the metal near the inner surface of the seamless steel pipe first enters the plastic deformation state, and the metal is not affected by the resistance caused by friction when it flows in the axial direction, its axial deformation occurs along the wall. The unevenness in the thickness direction causes the natural extension of the outer layer of the seamless steel pipe to be significantly lower than that of the inner layer.
